About me:

With over 15 years in banking and financial services and more than a decade in real estate, I bring a unique blend of financial expertise and industry insight to every transaction and team I support. My deep understanding of mortgage lending practices allows me to guide agents and clients through even the most complex deals with confidence and clarity.

Since 2010, I’ve worked alongside top-producing real estate teams in Weston and Broward County, contributing to high-volume success and team growth. In 2017, I transitioned into leadership as Assistant Branch Manager of the Coldwell Banker Realty Weston office, where I focused on agent development, business planning, and performance coaching.

Now based in Boca Raton, I serve as Assistant Branch Manager for the Boynton Beach and Wellington branches. I’m passionate about helping agents—new and experienced—unlock their potential through education, mentorship, and strategic support. Whether it’s mastering lead generation tools, refining listing presentations, or navigating challenging transactions, I’m committed to helping agents grow their business and increase their income.
